The Health Triangle

There are three components. Physical, Social, and Emotional.

Physical Health:
You must exersize, eat the proper foods, and take
care of your physical body.

Social Health:
Establishing healthy relationships with qualities
such as Empathy, Openness, and self esteem.

Emotional Health:
Controlling your emotions and behavior, ultimately
leading to a happier lifestyle.
