What the health triangle looks like

Physical Health

  • What and how much are you eating on daily basis?
  • Are we a good weight for our height and age?
  • Are we getting 8-10 hours of sleep every night

Social Health

  • Practically your relationships with the people around you.
  • Your parents, boyfriend, girlfriend, best friend, and enemies.

Mental Health

  • The way you handle your stress.
  • The way you carry yourself.

The Ideal Health

  • All three part of our health should be equal.
  • If of part of the triangle is off your health will be too.
  • Not only will you be happier you'll be healthy and you'll live a longer life.
