PRESENTATION OUTLINE
The Health Triangle,is made up of three different sides. Mental, Physical, and Social Health make up the three sides of the Health Triangle.
Mental Health is defined and evaluated on our ability to handle difficult moments and maintain a positive attitude in our lives.
Physical Health is based on a person's sleep and eating habits. Along with sleep and eating, the amount of exercise they get and their oral hygiene is also very important .
Social Health is almost like a real life social network. This plays a big part in your Social Health. Social Health measures the ability to create relationships with peers.
Personal Assessment: Mental Health
A strength in my Mental Health are being able to keep trying even if someone says that I can't. My weakness is being able to stay focused for long periods of time.
Personal Assessment: Physical Health
A strength that I have in my Physical Health are having good eating habits. A weakness in my Physical Health is having a bad sleep schedule. I try to fall asleep early but I can't .
Personal Assessment: Social Health
Strengths that I have in my Social Health are having a lot of good friends. A weakness that I have is not being able to make new friends. Most of my friends I have had for awhile.
General Plan
A general plan to make all of these better is for me to think about what I am doing more. Most times I will act without thinking. If I think before I act I will make better decisions for myself and my health.
