  • Physical health is the well-being of a person relating to sleep, diet, exercise, and other physical aspects.

  • Being a social person is important to keep the health triangle balanced.
  • Building strong relationships with other people is being social.

  • Emotional or mental health may include liking you for who you are, or expressing your emotions in healthy ways.

The three sides of the Health Triangle should be balanced, or as close to it. Making sure the triangle is balanced is key to staying healthy, physically, emotionally, and socially.
