More than 200 people become homeless in Alachua county, in one year! There are more than 31 million homeless people in the world and 50% are African American!!

I decided that I was going visit the Home Van! A portable soup kitchen I'm visiting 2 times. The first time I'm bringing more than 100 chocolate chip cookies! The second I'm going I'm bringing donations what my neighbors gave me!

At first I thought "The homeless get lots of help, so I don't need to help." I was WRONG they need lots of help! When I was at the home van I noticed that everybody was taking so much food! Almost everybody there had a disability I could tell by the way they talked and walked (about 99% were disabled in a way). Every time I think of this I start wanting to sob! I wish that there was no such thing as homeless! But I do know that I made the homeless overjoyed and full of food.
