PRESENTATION OUTLINE

CHARACTER 1

Character 1 Katniss Everdeen, she is brave to go and fight for her
sister so that her sister can live and she go fight, she really loves
her sister to do that. She is generous to go and take the place of her sister.
She is a good person because she helps a lot and gets the food for her family
and helps her little sister out with things.

CHARACTER 2

Character 2 is Peeta Melark he is a nice boy who works in a bakery and
is also picked to go into the hunger games with Katniss. He is good at
decorating things so he can make himself blend in with a rock and he
actually does that. He is nice and kind because he is not mean to people and
helps people out.

SETTING

The setting was in many different places the fighting mainly took place in
the woods. There are some open areas and some real places with a lot of
trees as the author describes it. Susan Collins does good describing the setting
when Katniss comes up from the tunnel when she is entering into then
arena.

MOOD

The mood was described really well. She made me be able
to tell hoe the characters were feeling and the mood of the
story. I could tell by the way she used vocabulary like if the
mood was real intense or sort of laid back. She did a good job
explaining how the mood was.

The mood was really well sent through
the text. I liked how I felt like I was actually
there with them. I could tell what the mood was
From what the Author said.
