And finally, in 1969, the Internet was created as a prototype by its many many inventors. Although there are too many to be named, the most known inventors were Robert E. Kahn and Vint Cerf. They are known for their work with sending information across different devices. Although this was a prototype, the actual "World Wide Web" was not created until 1990.
