THE EXERCISES TEND TO BE EITHER VERY EFFECTIVE OR VERY INEFFECTIVE.

PETER'S PERPENDICULAR LEG EXTENSIONS
Lie on the floor leaning on your right elbow, feet straight out.
Bend the knee of your left leg and grab the heel of your left foot with your left hand.
Extend your leg straight up, and hold for a few seconds. Repeat with other leg.
5.
THE FANTASTIC ONE TWO THREE FOUR
With your right side to the floor, raise up on right arm on the side of your right foot.
Raise your left leg up until its parallel the floor.
Count to four.
Return to starting position.
Repeat.

GHOST RIDER'S BIZARRE BICYCLES
Lie down on the floor, face and knees up with your arms straight out and even your palms facing up.
Put a rolled-up motorcycle jacket (or jacket of any form.) under your hips.
Rotate your legs in a bicycle-like fashion.

POWER MAN'S FREE SQUATS
Stand up straight, with your hands at your side.
Raise to your toes and squat down, keeping your head and back perfectly straight.

THE JAMESON ROAR
Kneel on the floor with your bottom resting on your heels and your hands on your thighs, palms down.
Bend forward, open your mouth as though you are shouting.
Lean backwards.
