• Line: The lines of the trees are thin and skinny like if the trees were dead .
• Shape: The trees shape are weak & also reflect in the water like if it was cold outside but still.
• Texture :The water looks smooth ,cold, & still. The trees look rough as if they were dead and could brake so easily.
• Primary object: the clock catches the eye , because it's a bright yellow & symbolizes the time left to live.

• The overall effect of this picture was to create a suspenseful mood looking out the seventh chamber..
• which symbolized death & the clock showed that your time to live was running out.

The clocks shows the persons life span & how much time they have left to live because they entered the seventh chamber which is the "death" room . "And now was acknowledged the presence of Red Death. He had come like a thief in the night ."
