  • Judicial- Supreme Courts, evaluates laws
  • Seperated by powers of what they can and cant do

  • Body of people who formally cast vote for the presiednt
  • Uses the influence of states's to decide the candidates

BILL OF RIGHTS

  • First 10 amendments of the US Constitution
  • Guarantees certain rights such as freedom of speech

FEDERALISTS VS. ANTI-FEDERALISTS

  • Federalists- supported the Constitution
  • Anti-Federalists- opposed the Constitution
  • Federalists were usually of greater influence
