I STANDS FOR

  • Innocents because ponyboy was innocent and wanted to turn himself in.
  • Insane because Johnny and Pony Boy jumped into the burning church.
  • Isolated because if they went to jail they would have been isolated.

J IS FOR

  • Jail because johnny and ponyboy were suppose to go to jail.
  • Jerks because they greasers thought the Socs were jerks
  • Johnny because hes one of the characters in the book.

K IS FOR

  • Kill because Johnny killed one of the socks
  • Kicked Puppy because thats what they called Johnny.

L IS FOR

  • Leave because Johnny and Pony boy had to leave town
  • Love because the boys acted like family so that ment they all loved eachother

M IS FOR

  • Mischief because the boys always got into trouble.
  • Misery because Johnny and Pony Boy got burned and it must have hurt
  • Also that they had to deal with lots of stuff at home.
  • Mature because when the guys where around the girls they acted mature

N IS FOR

  • Nasty becaise all the guys had greasy hair.
  • Natural because once Pony Boy meet cherrie he acted like himself
  • Nuisance because the guys were always walking around causeing a ruckus

O IS FOR

  • Opposite because the Socs acted more oppisite than the Greasers
  • For example the greasers had a tough life.
  • Unlike the Socs that got everything they ever wanted.

P IS FOR

  • Pony Boy and how he was the youngest
  • Police because Johnny killed someone and the police were looking for him
  • Polite because Pony Boy acted Polite around Cherrie

Q IS FOR

  • Quiet because Johnny was always quiet until he killed Bob
  • Quick because when Johnny killed Bob he acted quick to save Pony Boy.
