R is for razor blade
Jhonney used a razor blade to kill bob. He used it because bob was killing pony boy.
S is for socs
A socs is a rich and socially accepted person. The socs have all the cool cloths and cars and also hate greasers.
T is for two-bit
Two-bit is a greaser who always has it have the last word. He always mouths off to the cops and always gets in trouble.
U is for useless
Pony boy was useless because he could not defend himself because he does not have a blade so he can fight off socs if they attack him.
V is for vacant
In the story there was a vacant lot in the church. Nobody went up into the church.
W Is for wet
Pony boy got wet because bob was shoving him into a fountain. Bob started to drown pony boy.
X is for xenophobia
Is a fear of foreigners or strangers. Jhonney would get scared around strangers.
Y is for yell
In the beginning of the book. Pony boy was being jumped by the socs and had no switchblade. Then so he yelled for the greasers.
Z is for zest
Zest is a vigorous and ensuzastic. In the outsiders two-bit is one of the bigger zests in the greasers gang.
