PRACTICE

Awareness of the Moment

Non-Judgemental & No Expectations
Focus:
Embrace the moment. Experience a shift in finding happiness in the "process of achieving" rather than the goal itself.
When this happens there is a relief of stress and anxiety that comes with Not Having the Goal.
Enjoy the Journey.

Intention

An Active Process on the NOW, Toward Your Goal
Practice is a deliberate act. There must be an intention to the repetitive demand of your work. Intention is the agent to change, and reaching a specific goal.

GROWTH MIND-SET

A BEGINNERS MIND & ATTITUDE
A Growth Mindset is linked to greater Well-Being:
> Set Challenging Goals.
> Persevere when the 'Going-Gets-Though'.
> Effort and Deliberate Practice are required on the path to Mastery.

PATIENCE

QUIET PERSEVERANCE
Patience is a virtue. necessary for achievement in Your pursuits. There must be patience in our own actions, as well as others, and life itself.

The Lack of Patience, Impatience, is not being in the moment.

Remember there is no Perfect.

Get comfortable with staying in the present. Your mind will tell you otherwise.

"The Problem with patience and discipline is that developing each of them requires both of them" - Thomas M. Sterner

Equanimity is an even-temperedness and calmness.
Don't Think, React, with non-judgment. This quiets the internal dialogue that disrupts patience.
