The bare minimum actions required of Catholics regarding the Church

With these Precepts, we are reminded of this to live better and holier lives

YOU SHALL ATTEND MASS ON SUNDAY AND ON HOLY DAYS IF OBLIGATION
This is the first Precept of the Church
This means that we shouldn't skip mass because it is going out of our way
We must keep the Lords Day (Sunday) Holy

You shall confess your sins at least once a year
This means that you must go to confession once a year
We must cleanse our heart for the Eucharist
We need Jesus' healing

When Jesus is in us, we become more like Him
The Eucharist is the center of Christian liturgy
This is the minimum connection with Jesus through his body and blood

This means not eating meat for fasting purposes
