Teaching philosophies that cater only to one form of evaluation do not consider a variety of learning skills.
Dangers: For students who lose confidence and then feel that they cannot develop a growth mindset at school.

Catering to the students in planning, learning and assessment.

Cater to the students' needs in various methods of activities and evaluation.

Should teachers group students by ability to achieve their lessons?

Grouping by ability can help students foster the skills they already possess.
Mixing the groups would facilitate students trying different learning styles (diverse experiece)

Without learner profiles, teachers cannot cater to the students' interests

Using a one-way model of teaching, students do not have input in their learning.
Being able to create own questions and follow modes of learning that cater to their ways of learning and interests can promote a growth mindset int he classroom.
