Although the road to free E-media @ your libary may seem bumpy at first, you just need a few things to get started.

If you don't have a library card, at this point, you are probably wondering how to get one. Library cards are FREE to California residents. You can always get access to the internet @ your library and lots of other places these days but I really liked this photo.You need access to the internet to search, borrow, and download E-Media.
