Let's get up and role play!
Questions to discuss with your team:
- What stereotypes, personal biases, and related feelings were activated by the problem?
- Describe some measures that could have been taken (during the role play) to curtail the problem?
- Overall, explain why role play is an effective model for learning about and empathizing with cultural, social, and personal differences.
