IS IT MADE OF CELLS?
The sundew plant is made of thousands of cells because all plants are multicellular.

There are over 130 different types of sundews. Its scientific name is Drosera.

DOES IT GROW & DEVELOP?
Sundews grow best in soil with less water; they require sunlight, oxygen and water in order to grow deep roots.

The sundew plant reproduces asexually but spreading its seeds on fertile soil.

DOES IT REPOND TO STIMULI?
An example of the sundew responding to stimuli is that when an insect lands on its leaves, it absorbs nutrients and nitrogen to survive.
