STEP 1:
Add every task to the list, even if it seems overwhelming at first.

To avoid forgetting even the small stuff, write everything down

STEP 2:
File tasks in more than one list.

Consider your job and what you do on a given day, then categorize your tasks in a way that makes sense to YOU.

Business Development,

This will visually trick the brain to not fixate on what's still left undone.

STEP 3:
Assign each task a reasonable deadline & accept some things are out of your control.

At the beginning of each day, spend 5 minutes deciding that day's main tasks.
