• Another name for the tundra is the arctic tundra or the treeless plain.
• Some animals that live there are: polar bears, snowshoe hares, coyotes.
• Some plants in the tundra are: lichens, mosses, and small shrubs.
• The tundra's summer is very short. it usually last a few weeks.
• In the summer, the sun doesn't come out.
