PERSONAL REVIEW

  • Five out of Five stars

  • Loved everything about this novel

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE TITLE

  • Mara begins as what one would classify a "normal teenager" however as the book unfolds we can see that she is becoming something more.
  • She is not who she thought she once was and the new her is unbecoming to herself and those close to her
