Comparison of a true son and a hireling 1. True sons hold their father in the success of the father's work as if it was theirs but the hireling wants their success on their own.
a. Sons - kingdom oriented and hireling is ministry oriented b. Sons don't have hidden agenda but hireling has hidden agenda. c. Sons had spirit of Jonathan but hireling had the spirit of Absalom d. Sons don' take in their own head what God had done but the hireling claimed the works of God by their own. ( Glory to me)
