Shows facts about the locations of landforms and bodies of water.

Shows facts about the climate on Earth.
Every climate map has a particular pattern of temperature and percipitation.
A climograph shows the average temperature an percipitation in an exact area.
A climograph is near the equator = there is warmer weather.
There are 12 climate zones including highlands, tropical wet and others.

VEGETATION MAPS
Shows facts about where different plants grow.
Shows facts about what types of plants grow in a exact area.
These maps show how climate affects the types of vegetation.
These maps show how certain plants who have adapted to climates.
Some of the vegetation zones are Desert, Highlands and Tundra.

POPULATION DESTINY MAPS
Tells you how many people in a certain area.
If you live far apart that means small towns, and farming communities.
If you live closer together then that mean larger cities, high apartments.

These maps show facts on how people use land to meet their needs.
They also show locations of important resources.
Examples : You fish in a ocean so Ocean =Fishing.
One of the economic activity zones is Trade and Manufacturing.
Trade and Manufacturing mean buying and selling goods.

WORLD REGION MAPS
Shows information about the patterns people use to arrange Earth.
A region is an area with features that sets in apart from other areas.
Every region looks different and has a different purpose.
Example: The region Eurasia is made up if Europe and Asia.
There are 7 major regions including Africa, and Europe and Russia.
