In itself we see the Beta Codex, as a social innovation as it is creating a win win situation between business and employees
If we arrive to change our business structures we will also change the overall community and we can finally use all the hidden potential that is now still limited by management structures
We should look beyond traditional business structures: We already became experts of the craziest technologies but in the meantime we forgot about reinventing and improving improving business structures that can cope with a changing market and demanding stakeholder needs
The Beta Codex is therefore about empowering people in their everyday activities and improving the interactions within the organization's network.
