Thomas Edison was born on February 11, 1847.
Thomas Edison caught Scarlet Fever when he was 7 years old and became deaf from it.
He had 3 brothers and he had 3 sisters.
In 1859 Thomas Edison set up his own chemical lab in the cellar of his home.
