Thomas Jefferson created the declaration of Independence to let America be free from the British.
He also got rid of king George the third for taxing America and taking people rights.
Jefferson listed pursuit happiness, rather than property, as one of the inalienable rights of men, Jefferson broke with the traditional concept of the purpose of government and established a unique foundation for America's own.
Jefferson justified such rhetoric with his ownership of slaves on his tobacco plantation.
With Declaration of Independence it made America helped solve it's problems from the British.
"Let us then, my friends and countrymen, be patient and avoid all inflammatory publications that are disrespectful to our most gracious Sovereign."

As president Thomas Jefferson was a good Politician and made good speeches.
Thomas Jefferson demonstrated political leadership by developing the Republican Party and though it his influence in Comgress.
During his first two terms, Thomas Jefferson governed by his Republican ideals of limited power in the federal government.
Which the 1803 Louisiana Purchase Jefferson doubled the size of the country and secured the important port of New Orleans for agrarian interests along the Mississippi River.
As a president he must be strong and good like Thomas Jefferson.

He linked the idea of dividing governmental power into three branches.
With the three branches of government it made America great.
Jefferson sparred almost immediately with secretary of the treasury of Alexander Hamilton.
Jefferson preferred to restrict power to the individual states.
As a Secretary of State he must be good and strong like Thomas Jefferson.

This why Thomas Jefferson should be in the history hall of fame because of his hard
work and his leadership.
