Is made up of two groups called the House of Representatives and the senate
In the House of Represenatives there are 435 members that are

Member of the United States for at least seven years.
A resident of the state they want to represent.

A citizen for at least 9 years
Both of these groups declare wars,make all laws, and more

JUDICIAL BRANCH
Made up of nine supreme fort justices that are appointed by the pres.
Those nine supreme four justices serve until they die or give up.
Their appointments are approved by the president and the senate.
The Judicial review helped shape the power of the judicial branch.
It It allows the Supreme Court to make sure the other branches are constitutional.

To become president one must

Chief Executive:decides how the laws of the United States are enforced
Chief diplomat:The president decides what is said to foreign governments

Chief Of state: The president to be an inspiring example for the American people
Legislative leader: The president prepares a federal budget and more.
He is an important part of the government.

The judicial branch can declare that presidential acts and laws are unconstitutional.
The Congress can approve presidential nominations and remove judges from office.
The Executive Branch has the power to veto and nominate judges.
They all have an effect on each other.
