  • The warm fronts and cool fronts collide and the cold push up the warm air up
  • This weather creates cumulonimbus clouds these clouds make heavy rain
  • Warm air reaches its dew and rises and drops it's h20 vapor
  • Thunderstorms create heavy rain and lighting

THUNDERSTORM FACTS

  • the worst thunderstorm ever recorded happened on May 3, 1999 in the USA.
  • It took place in Moore, Oklahoma and was accompanied by an F5 tornado.
  • The wind speeds were 318 miles per hour.
  • Lighting is 50,000 degrees Fahrenheit
