WHILE HE WAS IN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL HE GOOFED OFF A LOT.

HE GOT IN TROUBLE ONCE AND HAD TO MEMORIZE THE CONSTITUTION.

HE WAS REJECTED BY THE UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND.

HE WAS NOT ABLE TO GO BECAUSE OF HIS SKIN COLOR IN 1930.

HE WENT TO THE HOWARD UNIVERSITY LAW SCHOOL.

HE GRADUATED TOP IN HIS CLASS IN BETWEEN 1935-1930.

HE GOT A SCHOLARSHIP TO HARVARD.

HE TURNED IT DOWN TO JUMP STRAIGHT INTO LAW.

HE FILED A LAWSUIT AGAINST THE UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND.

HE HELPED DONALD MURRY AND GOT EVEN IN 1935 BY WINNING THE CASE.

NAACP FILED THE SMITH V. ALLWRIGHT CASE.

THOROUGHGOOD HELPED FIGHT THE NAACP IN 1942 AND 1944. BOTH WON.

MARSHALL WAS IN THE BROWN V. EDUCATION CASE.

THIS CASE WOULD END SCHOOL SEGREGATION IN 1952.
