  • Was known as the Napolean of Egypt because he never lost a battle

FACTS

  • His armies also pushed farther south into Nubia, a region of Africa that straddled the upper Nile River
  • Egypt had traded with Nubia and influenced the region since the time of the Middle Kingdom
  • His death was around 1425 B.C.
