• Only about 3,062-3,948 tigers are left in the wild
• About 5,000-10,000 tigers live in zoo in US
• In China there is about 5,000 tigers that live in zoos
• They are going extinct from all the people killing them

• The tigers mostly live in India
• Asia, and in Southeast Asia
• The map shows you where the tigers
• live now and where they used to be

Disappearing

• 1 reason why tigers are disappearing is poaching
• People are killing tigers and are trying to make a lot of money
• Also they use the tigers for medicinal qualities
• like chronic aliments cure the diseases and for their beautiful fur
• Another reason is there habitat loss

Disappearing

• We take their food from them
• Us and the Tigers hunt the same food
• So the tiger have less and less food to hunt
• We have been taking their homes where they lived for ourselfs
• People have been taking tigers plants and trees where they live

There aren't many tigers in the world like there once was along time ago
