Exposition: Private first class Michael T. Donovan joined the military
and had to leave to France to fight in a war.
Rising action: He is in a plane that crash lands.
Then, he goes in a old house to get away from the Germans.
After that: His team came in and killed the Germans hiding from the war in

the same house as Donovan was.
Finally the Americans took Donovan with them to give him a gun and amo
and got him ready for the war.
Climax: The most important thing in the story was that the American soldiers found him and
rescued him from the old house.

Falling action: The falling action is when Donovan made his first shots
and killed three Germans. Resolution: Donovan went ahead and took the Sargent's place
