Abram/Abraham

• He grew up in a town called Ur.
• His parents were Amathlaah and Terah.
• He got married to woman named Sari.
• God told him to move to a different country and change their names.
• They had a son named Isaac.

Sari/Sarah

• She was born in a unknown location.
• She got married to Abraham. 
• God told her to change her name to Sarah and she did.
• She had a kid at age 104.
• Her relationship with God grew stronger after she married Abraham.

Isaac

• He was born in Canaan, and died in Cannan.
• He was almost sacrificed by his dad.
• He got married to Rebekah. 
• He had two children (Esau and Jacob.)
• He gave away a birthright before he died.

Rebekah

• She was born in an unknown town.
• She got married to Isaac.
• She had two kids (Esau and Jacob.)
• She tricked Isaac into giving Jacob the birthright.
• She sent Jacob to Laban (her brother) because Esau was going to kill him.

Esau

• He was born in Canaan with his brother.
• He didn't get married.
• He had his birthright stolen from him.
• After he figured it out, he planned to kill his brother.
• But he didn't because his mother sent Jacob to live with Ladan. 

Jacob

• He was born in Canaan with his brother.
• He stole his brother's birthright.
• He was sent to live with his mother's brother because Esau was to kill him.
• While he was traveling he had a vision of a ladder with angels on it.
• He fell in love with Rachel and worked seven years to get her, ...

• but then was tricked into marring Leah instead.So he worked another 7 years
• He had children with Leah. 
• He had children with Rachel. 

Rachel

• She was Jacob's second wife
• Jacob loved her more than he loved Leah.
• She was Leah's sister.
• She was the youngest in her family.
• After Jacob was tricked, he worked another 7 years.

Leah

• She was Rachel's older sister.
• Jacob was tricked into marring her, instead of  Rachel.
• She had kids with Jacob.

Judah, Ruben, Benjamin

• They were Jacobs sons.
• They threw their brother Joseph into a well.
• Then they sold him to some passing traders for 20 pieces. 
• They were forgiven for trading him into slavery. 
• They all lived with Jacob.

Jacob

• Was his dad (Jacob) favorite son.
• He could interpret dreams. 
• He was sold into slavery, and was bought by the Potiphar. 
• Later he was thrown into jail for "attacking the potiphar's wife."
• He became a guard for the prison because he was so loyal.

Jacob Continued

• The Pharaoh visited Joseph so that he could interpret his dreams.
• Joseph said that the crops would produce an unbelievable amount of food
• for 7 years, then their would be a big famine for 7 years. 
• His prophesy later came true.
• The Pharaoh was so surprised, that he made Jacob king.
