Step 1: Stretch before attempting this task!
Step 2: Take a Few Long Strides to Build up Your Speed
Step 3: Make Sure your Toes are Pointed Up Towards your Shin Before you Plant Your Dunk
Step 4: Make Sure your Last 2 Steps are Explosive
Step 5: You will use your Explosiveness from the last 2 steps to jump as high as you can.
Step 6: You will then stretch
your

Step 7: DO NOT come down before you jump up; just go straight up as you take as you take your strides
