• Legislative:enforces laws in provinces, 10 years, called The Elite

TAXATION

• Sales tax: 3%
• Income tax:27%
• Flat tax12%

ELECTION LAWS

• Voting age:23
• Next candidate chosen at 20 when current queen reaches 50 current queen retires at age 55.
• If queen dies before retirement, advisor finishes next queen's training, or chooses the next queen(upper class)
• Maximum term limit 30 years

RATIFICATION PROCESS

• Laws start with The Elite
• Must have majority vote
• Next to the queen's advisor
• Lastly the queen decides to ratify the law

PUNISHMENT LAWS

• If rebellion occurs the rebels will be imprisoned and tried then hanged if found guilty
• Any lawbreakers will be tried before the elite if found guilty then appear before the Queen for degree of punishment.
• Punishment ranges from community service to hanging

IMMIGRATION LAWS

• People wishing to become a Zemilian must go through a six month trial period

NATIONAL HOLIDAY

• All shops must be closed on September 30 (The Day of Peace).
• All citizens gather in the queen's courtyard for a feast

OTHER LAWS

• All employees are to receive an hour and a half lunch break to spend with family
