EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION IN VARYING SITUATIONS

• As human beings, we have the need and desire to communicate.
• We do that through speaking, gestures and sign language.
• Depending where and whom we are with will determine our actions and what we say.
• You must analyze and feel your surroundings.
• Example:When we are at church, work, school etc. We must be respectful and polite.

• Have a resume and qualifications ready for additional review.
• Know the names of the owners and bosses and say them correctly.
• Be well-groomed and put on your best suit.
• Women should not wear more than one layer of make-up.
