MAIN EVENT

• Mrs. Dubose yells at children whenever they pass by
• Mrs. Dubose calls Atticus a ni***r lover, so Jem get angry and destroys her plants
• As a punishment, Jem has to read to her everyday for a month
• In the end, Mrs. Dubose dies
