1.
EMBROIDERY
By Group
2.
Chain Stitch
3.
WHAT IS IT?
Chain stitch is a sewing and embroidery technique in which a series of looped stitches form a chain-like pattern
4.
HOW TO DO IT
Make a stitch. Not too big, not too little. Not pulled too tight.
Come up a short distance away from the end of the stitch, and pass the tip of your needle through it.
Pull your floss all the way through.
Re-insert your needle into the same hole that your floss exited. Pull all the way through.
Repeat. Pass needle through the last loop, pull the floss all the way through, re-enter your needle, pull all the way through.

5.
Bullion Stitch
6.
WHAT IS IT?
A decorative stitch similar to the French knot forming very short bars
7.
HOW TO DO IT
Push the needle almost all the way through the fabric
Fold the fabric where the needle exits
Wind the thread around the needle
Slide them down the needle and hold with right index finger
Hold the pointed end of the needle with your left hand and pull it through with your right hand to get the wraps off the other end of the needle
Pull it through until the needle can be flat on top of the fabric
Smooth your knot by using the needle under the knots until it's where you want it
Make sure the working thread is pulled through the knot and pull it through the end of the knot where the thread already passed through
