you will need

• Someone to through the ball to you.   
• An open space in witch you can run.
• Cleats can help you stop and take off faster but are not necessary.
• Football gloves can help you catch but are not necessary. 

Now its time for the basics.

• Make sure head is hanging over your foot so your weight is leaning forward 
• Put your dominant hand near your mouth and the other by your back pocket
• Make sure your foot is right behind the line and you are leaning forward.

• Keep your speed, feed your mouth fill your pocket.
• Dart in the direction of the spot you want to catch the ball.    
• Raise your hand and cch the ball.
