FOOD BENEFITS:

  • Crops are picked at their peek, cheese is handcrafted, and live stock products are processed nearby.
  • There is less time between the farm and your table.
  • Smaller farms don’t genetically modify foods to increase shelf life, or increase color. They grow many different crops to provide a long harvest, many colors, and flavors.
  • You see the fields where your food is grown.
