Examples of Justice

  • When Boo Radley jumps to Scout's and Jem's rescue
  • Atticus defending Tom Robinson even though he was black
  • Atticus punished Jem, even though he did do it(Mrs. Dubose bushes)
  • Bob Ewell's Death. (Evens out with the passing of Tom Robinson)

Examples of Judgement

  • Atticus makes two errors of Judgement
  • First-trusting the Old Sarum Mob(not to lynch Tom)
  • Second-Bob Ewell's threats of revenge

Court(Justice)

  • Mayella takes the stand
  • She lies to Atticus
  • Atticus asks Tom to stand up so that Mayella can identify him
  • Scout notices that Tom's left hand is withered and useless
  • Therefore making Tom not the male assailant
