I was told by my informants that they election was a sure win. Apparently my "performances" were a huge hit with the youth, for no one can resist the temptation of Rock and Roll.

I already have my next "performance" set up at the Riviera tomorrow. Damn kids haven't even got a clue. Haha! I will need to get my sleep, for I have a big day ahead of me!

As I look among this crowd I see many that please my eye. One of them will be mine tonight. They all have fallen for me. I have their trust. They have fallen under my spell, and, I will have them. As Lady Macbeth once said, "O, never shall sun that morrow see!"

I have found a young boy at the after party. He is short, weak, and best of all dull-witted. He was completely "psyched out" to be meeting me, and that he was my biggest fan. I told him he could come back with me to the hotel. He came without persuasion.

We went down into the basement. The kid was gushing with excitement, oblivious to his fate. Just to be certain we were alone, I led him into a closet and shut the door.

At this point, the kid must have realized what was going on, and tried to get away. For a brief moment, he was able to break away and almost got out of the closet. He was a scrawny fellow, though, so I was able to pull him back in rather easily.

After that, I was able to finish the deed rather swiftly.

As I was making preparations to dispose of the body, I heard voices calling out. I realized that they must be the kid's friends. Damn. That made things more complicated. I would either have to escape, or kill them all one by one. As I peer outside the window I am able to make at least ten faces in the crowd. This is too much for me.

I know my career is over. I will admit, I have murdered before, but I regret nothing. For no one will be able to comprehend me. This urge to kill has evolved over a lifetime, and the blood on my hands will never wash off. I plan to give myself up. For there is no use running anymore.

They have me in custody. The psychoanalyst has no words. Not even she can comprehend me. I believe that my stay here will be long. However nothing will bring me to regret. As I sit here in my cell and look at my hand I can say, today is the day of lovers and so red is my theme.
