Visual learning Visual learning is getting data and concepts through images and techniques. I am a visual learner because I learn best when I see what I'm supposed to do.
Tactile learning Tactile learning is a way of learning through physical activities. Doing things physically does not help me much, so I'm not a tactile learner.
Should I eat an apple, or a doughnut? Apples are healthier for you, but doughnuts taste better. I'll take the doughnut. Oh no. We have to run a mile in gym. I immediately regret this decision.
What is a value? A value is something desirable or important to oneself. A value of mine is music. It moves me emotionally and I am very good at playing and writing it.
Stress management It is okay to have a little bit of stress because it keeps you focused, but too much stress can be unhealthy. You can do things to control your stress level.
Using these tips can help me a lot because I never learned how to study. It will help me with my school drastically and make me feel better about myself with all the knowledge I've earned.
