- The tongue is made up of three muscles.
- The front part of the tongue is very flexible and used for speaking
- The second part is used for making K and hard G sounds.
- The last part of the tongue is used to swallowing food

- Your tongue is attached to the bottom of your mouth
- Without the frenulum you would swallow your tongue

- The top of your tongue is covered in papillae
- The papillae are your taste buds
- They help you grip food in your mouth and move it around

- When you accidentally drink something bad they will send
- signals to the brain telling you the milk is bad
