RELEVANCY

  • Everything can be relevant within your life
  • Things seem most irrevelant when they have the most relevancy
  • Be careful about what you believe because it cam permanently lock us in
  • Being engaged increases one's relevance and helps develop STaR qualities

BOREDOM

  • Boredom is a mental habit
  • The faster your mind is going, the more likely you are to be bored
  • Indicators are as simple as fidgeting
  • If you continue to allow boredom, it can cause unhealthier habits than before

PROCRASTINATION

  • Its the act of putting off something unpleasant or burdensome
  • Stress accompanies Anxiety, Guilt, Over-Whelmed, Frustrated, Worry
  • If you say "I will do it when I feel like it", you will never get things done

  • Levels of listening are key
  • 1)My life is on my mind

  • Keeping yourself focused on a topic can decrease the amount of boredom you feel
  • If you listen with Empathy, you are more likely to gain the right friends and understand a situation
  • Listening requires complete attention and helps develop accountability
