RELEVANCY

• In school it is always smart to stay relevant to the topic as much as you can
• If you are not on topic things tend to not end up good

BOREDOM

• Most people can only concentrate on something for 22 minutes as you get bored and easialy distracted
• To not get bored try to make the topic intresting or set aside break times

PROCRASTINATION

• Procrastination happens all the time when you don't want to do something so you do it last minute
• To stop this try to work on projects ealier

LISTENING

• To truly listen you must quiet your mind and stay calm
• To do this you must have nothing on your mind other then what is being said
