Try and look at things that make me anxious and find there is no harm

Remove myself from the situation or talk about it with someone

It's a mild case, so I can realize it's unreasonable
Therapy sessions and talking helps quite a bit
I can take my medication to prevent attacks

I have an acute and irrational fear of heights (I admit it)
I can try to detach myself from the situation
My mom is afraid of heights, so it runs in the family
I've talked to my therapist about my fear and that helped
My medications also help
