STEP ONE OF TORCH SET UP
Crack valves of acetylene and oxygen tanks
Check pressure of the tanks

Put the gages on the tanks
Make sure they are tightened
Point nozzles in safe defection

Attach red(left handed thread)hose to acetylene
Attach green(right handed thread) hose to oxygen

STEP FOUR
Attach green hose to oxygen port on torch
Attach red hose to acetylene port on torch
Tighten threads so there's no gas leaks

STEP FIVE
Set oxygen tank fully open
The oxygen gauge going to the torch can't go past 200psi
Set acetylene tank a quarter turn open
The acetylene gauge going to the torch can't higher than 15 psi
Check all connections for leaks bye ear, hand, or soap

STEP SIX
Turn oxygen pressure nozzle on torch open all the way
Turn acetylene pressure nozzle on torch a quarter turn
Turn front nozzle until there are three blue cones at the end of the torch
Make sure the cones are about a quarter inch long

STEP ONE TO SHUT DOWN PROCEDURE
Turn nozzles on torch off

Turn tanks off
Open nozzles on torch and gauges to drain the hoses
Make sure the gauges have 0psi
Shut all nozzles and gauges

They need to be tied or chained to a safe place
They also need to be secure while cutting
