PRESENTATION OUTLINE

TRANSFORM

PLATE BOUNDARY BY: LESLIE AND ALANA

At a transform plate boundary, the plates are shearing and rubbing against each other.

Earthquakes form at this type of plate boundary because the plates are rough and rub together which makes the earth shake.

Shearing stress is caused by a transform plate boundary. This is when rock is being pushed in opposite directions, parallel to each other.
