The transpiration process starts with the water entering through the roots

The water then goes through the Xylems in the stem which act as straw

The water then travels into the leaf

A stomate is a small hole in a leaf for the plant to breath. Gas exchange happens at this step.

Now on to the guard cells which is around a stomate. When cold it’s closed. When water comes out they open

Once the guard cells open the water evaporates in vapor water. It looks like mist

The type of water cycle that Transpiration is, is Evaporation
